These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. They do not affect your statutory rights. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms.
These terms may change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the side, date below. You will be required to read and accept these terms and conditions prior to confirming your order, we advise you read the terms each time you place an order to ensure you are aware of any changes.
When you place an order we will require your name, email address and payment details. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number is required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote.
Once your order has been submitted you will be issued with an order confirmation by email which will confirm your order details and reference number. Please be aware this confirmation does not constitute order acceptable. Order acceptance and the formation of a legally binding contract between yourselves and Blackbrook Interiors will only occur upon dispatch of your goods.
Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Blackbrook Interiors and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons - the product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, the identification of a pricing or product description error or customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.
We will inform you if your payment cannot be authorised or if your order has been declined, in these cases it may be suggested that you visit our store to complete your transaction.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep your details secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this order prior to dispatch, please contact our customer services department on email@example.com. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
Sale prices are valid from the time that it displays online and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order. If an item was purchased at full price, it will need to returned in the appropriate way and then reordered.
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. Please note that orders placed in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and BFPO are not subject to standard delivery charges. These locations carry a surcharge of which you will be notified within two working days of placing your order. You can then either choose to accept and pay the surcharge or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Payment is due on submitting your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within this website, occasionally an error could occur. If an error is discovered in the price or description of an item you have ordered, you will be contacted immediately and given the choice of whether to continue or cancel your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold. To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

We do not accept international payment over the phone or via our website. You can however make a bank transfer – please call our customer service team on 01543 481010 for more information.
Generally where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available. Deliveries will only be made on week days, we do not currently deliver at weekends. All lead time quoted are approximate and dependant on stock and location.
Deliveries can only be made to a mainland Great Britain address. Deliveries will only be made to the address stated in your original order and they will not be left without a signature. Please ensure there is adequate unrestricted parking and unloading facilities for our vehicles. Our drivers and instructed not to park on double yellow lines or in any other restricted area. In this case the delivery will fail and a charge will be levied for this. Our delivery company uses vehicles, 7.5 tonne and Luton vans, please ensure there is adequate access for the vehicle which is not restricted by low bridges or narrow lanes.
All delivery lead times shown on this website are estimated and cover working days only.
You will be contacted by telephone or email to confirm your delivery date. Once a delivery date has been agreed you must be preset on this date to take delivery. If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, in any case no later than 2 working days in advance. Otherwise we reserve the right to levy a second delivery charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for the item(s). You must inspect the goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. If you have not received all of your order or if an item is damaged it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages and 48 hours for damages. We will not accept responsibilities for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made. A replacement item would, in most cases take as long to deliver as a new order.
If you are reporting goods as delivered damaged, digital images of the damage will be required. We are unable to process and damage claims without images. Returned goods must be fully packaged prior to collection, our drivers are unable to collect any item which is not package, and in new and unused condition.
You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 14 working days after delivery. We offer a money back guarantee. To receive a full refund, you must return the goods with original packaging in as new and unused condition. We can also arrange for a collection service, the minimum charge for collection is £75 except in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and BFPO. The collection price for these areas is available on request.
Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department in writing with 14 working days of delivery. Any money which has been paid will be refunded within 30 days. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.
Any special order or made to measure items that are returned for any reason will be charged at 75% of the order value.
We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by a delay in delivery of the goods.
Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.
All Blackbrook Interiors products are supplied with a 12 month warranty for any defect that may occur with the product within this time. Any defective product can be returned to us for inspection and repair where possible. Any credit or refund against the defective product will be given at our discretion and dependant on the nature of the defect All product warranties are subject to correct use of the product and will be invalidated by misuse, for example correct installation or unsuitable environmental conditions.
